Chef Marisol Vega and Our Wood-Fired Kitchen
Chef Marisol Vega opened Casa Verde Kitchen in 2019 after ten years in restaurant kitchens in Oaxaca and Mexico City. Everything is cooked over oak and mesquite: meat, fish, vegetables and even some salsas.
We make corn tortillas every morning from heirloom corn and buy produce from farms near Portland.
